2.   Accreditation Fees

NALAG (VIC) Fee Schedule

As at 1 October 2007

Accreditation Applicants - Please note General Membership is mandatory to be eligible to apply for Accreditation .

•  General Membership - Per Annum

 Individual    $60.00

  Concession (Health Card, Student)  $30.00

  Organisation     -    

  Income Up to $100,000       $90.00

  Income Over $100,000       $170.00

   Membership Fees cover the period 1 November to 31 October each year. Membership renewals are due on 1 November each year. General Membership with NALAG (VIC) must be current at the time of applying for Accreditation.

  •  Assessment & Accreditation Fees are;

  Once off Application Fee            $90.00

  plus     

  •  Accreditation Fees - Per Annum   

Single Accreditation (Counsellor or Educator)       $90.00

      Replacement Accreditation Certificate

(if original lost/damaged/name change etc)           $30.00

 

Letter of Recognition Applicants - Please note General Membership is mandatory to be eligible to apply for a letter of recognition

Recognition as a care & support worker - once off fee     $60.00

Volunteer (50% discount)           $30.00

Recognition as a loss and grief service within an agency or Recognition as a loss and grief self help group within an agency

once off application fee             $90.00
