The Association provides a Statewide Telephone and Referral Service which operates during the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If you need assistance you can ring the Association, (tel: 03 9650 3000- freecall country Vic 1800 100 023), to be put in contact with:

• Funded Counselling Services (Free or low cost to client)
• Support Groups/Self Help Groups
• Counsellors (Accredited Loss & Grief Counsellors) These counsellors are private practitioners and professional fees for service will apply. Each Counsellor can provide details as to their fee schedule. See menu on the left for details of practitioners and locations.

To Help Community Groups & Organisations Better Understand Loss & Grief

The Association has an Education coordinator on staff who organises community education and training on loss and grief. For information and enquiries, telephone or email the Association and ask to speak to the Education coordinator.

The Association provides contact information for Accredited Educators in private practice who are qualified in providing loss and grief education (click on the contact list to the left of the screen) or ring the Association for assistance in linking with an appropriate Educator.

These Educators are private practitioners and professional fees for services will apply. Each Educator can provide details as to their fee schedule.
